I have a larger home so more times than not she has her team along with her. Because I am here alone there are only certain parts of the home that need attention more than others due to the usage. It works best when there is a list of tasks that require attention so they can focus on those areas. The list is always complete to my satisfaction. Also, she has always been great about helping me find competent services when the home needs some mechanical or electrical repair, etc. beyond cleaning. She and her team do a great job.
