Before recurring service begins, homes that have not been maintained professionally on a bi-weekly basis require an initial deep clean. This allows us to reset the home first so ongoing maintenance cleanings are efficient and consistent.
The cost of the initial deep clean varies depending on the condition of the home and is billed at a higher rate than standard maintenance service. We'll provide an exact quote after your in-person walkthrough.
