Offices, boutiques, clinics, and professional spaces — kept polished, healthy, and ready for business. Janitorial contracts a minimum of two nights per week (three preferred).
Maintenance cleaning at $65/hr. Deep cleans and add-ons at $75/hr. All plans carry a 3 labor hour minimum per clean.

Before recurring service begins, most homes require an initial deep clean billed at $75/hr. This allows us to reset the home first so ongoing maintenance cleanings are efficient and consistent.
Commercial janitorial plans are custom-quoted — minimum 2 nights per week, 3 preferred.
