Refresh + Reset LLC is a locally owned cleaning company serving Cedar Rapids and Marion, Iowa. Founded by Katie Hardy, our work is rooted in the belief that a truly clean home isn't a luxury — it's a quiet kind of care that makes everything else easier.

Katie started Refresh + Reset to bring something the area was missing — a cleaning company that actually communicates, shows up consistently, and treats every home like it matters. What began as a one-woman operation has grown into a tight-knit team of seven, hand-trained to the same exacting standard.

She still personally handles every quote, every schedule change, and every concern. That hands-on approach is intentional: it's how we keep service consistent as we grow, and it's why our clients hear back the same business day — every time.

When she isn't on a walkthrough or coordinating the team, Katie is somewhere in Cedar Rapids or Marion — these aren't just service areas, they're home.

Karin is Katie's right hand. From social media and team communications to interviewing, HR, and running payroll every other week — her hands are in all of it.

She's the steady force keeping the day-to-day running so the rest of the team can focus on what they do best: showing up at your door ready to work.
