Clear expectations, every visit.

A quick read-through of how we quote, schedule, and care for your home. If you have questions about any of this, please reach out — we're happy to walk through it with you.

Quotes & Walkthroughs

All quotes are provided after a complimentary in-person walkthrough of your space. This lets us see the square footage, surfaces, and any special requests in person so the price we give you is accurate — no surprises, no guessing over the phone.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel, skip, or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are billed at $75. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are billed at $125. If a cancellation is due to illness and proper notice is given, fees are waived.

Access to Your Home

Most clients provide a key, garage code, or lockbox so cleanings can happen while you're at work. All keys and codes are stored securely and never labeled with your address. If no one is home and we cannot access the space, the cancellation policy applies.

Payment

All recurring clients keep a valid credit or debit card on file, processed automatically on the day of service through Stripe. We also accept Venmo by request. We no longer accept paper checks. Invoices for commercial accounts are sent at the end of each month and due within 14 days.

Safety & Liability

Refresh + Reset LLC is fully insured. Our team will let you know right away if anything is broken or damaged during a cleaning. Please secure or set aside irreplaceable, sentimental, or high-value items before our visit so they aren't handled during routine cleaning.

If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back to make it right — no extra charge. Your trust is the whole reason this business exists, and we treat every home like our own.
